To ensure we can maintain our vehicles and compensate our technicians for their travel we add .70 cents per mile for round trips over 40 miles.
Our hours for mobile testing is M-F 9am-6pm anything after or before these hours is considered after hours, if you need a test outside these times there will be a one time separate charge on your statement.

For DOT companies that already have a consortium or laboratory arrangement, we provide compliant urine specimen collection only. Includes certified collection and supplies. MRO Review and CCF forms must be provided by your company.
For instant and NON-DOT tests, shy bladder collections over one hour on a mobile visit will incur a $25 fee to cover extended staff time. (DOT tests are exempt from time limits.) The fee can be waived if the test is rescheduled or completed at our office at a later date.
We offer in-office testing hours for those who prefer a quick, walk-in option instead of on-site services. In-office hours are available for pre-employment, random, post accident, and follow up testing as needed.
